Plot.
In order to meet the commissioning deadline of the VEB Erdölverarbeitungswerk Schwedt on April 1, 1964, around 450 NVA pioneers the work to complete the start-up stage over the Easter holidays. The ceremonial commissioning takes place punctually on April 1 in the presence of Minister Erich Pasold.
