Felipa is a young girl whose best friend is her puppy Rocket. When she and her family move to a building where animals are not allowed, she and Rocket are forced to separate. Suffering difficulties in adapting to her new home, full of rules, she s the association of child residents and sets out on an adventure to find the dog at her grandfather's house.
